Non-Personalised Items

If you would like to return a non-personalised item, please contact me at info@eldersignironwork.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalised Items or custom orders

Items that include any form of personalisation (such as initials, dates, or similar) or custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed.
